We currently only ship to Continential 48 US States.  For HI & AK residents that wish to purchase any items please contact us for pricing.

An email will be sent with tracking number(s) once item(s) have been shipped usually within 3-5 days of item ordered.  Due to multiple warehouse locations item(s) may ship separately.

Ground Shipping:  estimated delivery time 5 - 10 business days

Rush 2nd Day Shipping: estimated delivery of 3 business days.  We cannot rush furniture or  items marked cannot rush ship due to size and cost of the shipping.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with our product then you may return your item.  You must contact us within 2 business days of delivery to obtain a return number.   The item must be in its original packaging and returned within 15 days to obtain a refund of item purchased less any shipping fees. 

Please note that items on sale or discontinued cannot be returned for any reason.  All return shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you do not contact us to obtain a return number then any refunds are void.

We try our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.  However, sometimes misfortunes happen during shipping.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.  We will send a replacement out at no cost to you.  Please note in some instances, especially for larger items, we may need to obtain photos to support our claim with the carrier.  Do not return any item unless directed.

All Teak Furniture is shipped free via FedEx and has a LIFETIME WARRANTY provided by Vintage Country Hills to ensure workmanship and defect-free material.

If you actually find defects in our products, then Vintage Country Hills will gracefully recover and repair them for you - or we will replace the original product - at our own expense. 

Please unpack your teak furniture within 24 hours of delivery and immediately contact us of any defect in the products so that we can rectify the situation and ensure your complete satisfaction.

The warranty is non transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

The warranty does not cover any damages from:

- Incorrect assembly or modifications made after purchase

- Typical, fair wear and tear from regular domestic use

- Intentional damage, misuse, spillages, or breakages due to neglect

- Damages that are a direct effect of weather-related conditions
