Order Processing

All orders are processed 1-3 business days from purchase. Most items ship within 1-3 business days except for teak furniture which may take 3-5 days.

Shipping

We ship to Continental US states, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

There are no additional shipping fees for teak furniture products for US and Canada.

For all other items you will see the shipping fees as you go through checkout prior to purchase.

An email will be sent with tracking number(s) once item(s) have been shipped.  Due to multiple warehouse locations item(s) may ship separately. 

Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii:

Ground Shipping estimated delivery time 5 - 10 business days.

2nd Day Air delivery time is 2-3 business days. Please note furniture or items marked cannot rush ship cannot use this option.

Canada:

Canada Post is only shipping option. Shipping fees include duties and taxes.

Shipments for furniture are shipped out usually 2-4 business days from purchase. Shipments for non-furniture items are once a week on Thursdays and should take 7-10 business days for delivery. You must place your order by Monday in order for your item to be shipped on Thursday. Any order placed after Monday will not be shipped until the following Thursday.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with our product then you may return your item.  You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to obtain a return number. Please note that items on sale cannot be returned for any reason.  All return shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will receive a refund of the product purchased less the shipping fees once item is returned. If you do not contact us to obtain a return number then any refunds are void.

We try our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.  However, sometimes misfortunes happen during shipping.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.  We will send a replacement out at no cost to you.  Please note in some instances, especially for larger items, we may need to obtain photos to support our claim with the carrier.  Do not return any item unless directed.

As an authorized dealer for BeFurnished, they provide a lifetime warranty on products against manufacturer defects.

Assembly construction
Most require minimum assembly. Some don’t require assembly like stackable chairs. Those that do are noted online and will come with clear instructions.

Cleaning and care
Our teak furniture is unfinished and sanded. If left unfinished and kept outside, it will require NO maintenance, the teak will change color with time, turning to a respectable and sophisticated silver-grey as it matures and weathers. Or you can paint or oil it. Once oiled, however, it will require regular maintenance.

Sales tax only applies to Georgia.
