There seems to be a big myth that having an outdoor standing fountain is hard to maintain. If you think about it, everything about your landscape requires some maintenance. You have to ensure flowers and other plants are watered regularly. You need to keep weeds out of your garden. You have to regularly upkeep your lawn. You have to trim shrubs frequently. There is always regular maintenance that you do to your landscape every year. So having a standing fountain to maintain takes actually less work than your normal gardening and landscaping routine.
